Six years ago I sang 'Love Changes Everything' at my wedding. The reaction by those in attendance prompted me to find a teacher.
Kristina Guiguet of 'Phantom' fame coached me for two years. I then spent a couple of years at the Royal Conservatory in Mississauga. While at the Conservatory, I was in an Opera troop and was asked to join the Mississauga Opera. I did both for a while before life became too busy and I left the Conservatory for private teaching once again. I was coached by Pattie Kelly of the Mendelsson Choir and was also coached by Kathleen Mock of the Elmer Eisler Singers.
Most of my singing has been classical and I enjoy singing songs from French and Italian Opera. I also love singing Celtic music, broadway, songs by John Denver and Gordon Lightfoot, and anything from pop to opera that moves me.
